Enrollment: Each eligible sales manager must be enrolled in the program through http://h-dsuperride.online-rewards.com/. To enroll, click on the “Activate Your Account” icon, create a new account and accept the terms and conditions of the new program. Dealer operators may have their dealerships blocked from participating by calling 1-888-827-9151.

Note: Sales Managers previously enrolled with Online Rewards for the SuperRide promotion will NOT need to re-enroll; they will automatically be enrolled in the Sportster/Softail Sales Incentive Promotion. They will, however, need to accept the new Terms & Conditions of the new Sportster/Softail promotion upon first logging into the website.

Enrolled sales managers will be given the opportunity to pass along reward points to their sales team for redemption. This option will be administered by Online Rewards via email to the elected/final recipient so that they can enroll with Online Rewards.

Eligible Units: New, unused and previously untitled MY2009 Sportster or MY2009 Softail motorcycles sold, delivered and registered during the Promotion Period.

Dealership eligibility: Motorcycle Sales Professionals must be employed at an authorized Harley-Davidson dealership throughout the program period to be eligible for awards. Only active full line Harley-Davidson dealerships throughout the program period are eligible to participate in the promotion.

Sales Professional Commitment: By enrolling in the program through the Web Site, the sales professional commits to (1) report accurately and truthfully all retail sales eligible under the program for an incentive and (2) register all eligible units in a timely fashion so as to meet the deadlines. In the event Harley-Davidson Motor Company ("Harley-Davidson") become aware of inaccurate or fraudulent reporting of retail sales, Harley-Davidson reserves the right to take any appropriate action. If any dispute arises out of a failure of a sales professional to receive an incentive due to an action or inaction of the dealership, such dispute will be resolved between the sales professional and the dealership. Harley-Davidson will have no obligation or liability under this program other than to provide the incentive payments and merchandise on eligible units sold, delivered, registered and reported in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Sales Professional Retail Tracking: It is the responsibility of each sales manager to claim the eligible motorcycles sold under the program on the Online Rewards Web Site. Sales not claimed via this Web Site will not earn any reward points or count toward eligibility for the incentive trip. All sales for the Incentive Trip and the Cash Rewards must be claimed on or before September 15, 2009, in order for the sales professional to earn any reward points.

Payment of Incentive: Reward points earned during the promotion timeframe must be redeemed for cash or merchandise on or before December 15, 2009 via http://h-dsuperride.online-rewards.com/. Any reward points from this incentive for Promotion 308/309 that are not redeemed on or before December 15, 2009 will be considered expired and will be deleted from participants' accounts. Reward points redeemed for cash or merchandise will be mailed to the sales professional at the address noted in the sales professional profile on the Online Rewards Web Site within four (4) weeks of redemption. Any claim regarding cash or merchandise discrepancies must be received in writing no later than two (2) weeks after the date of receipt of the merchandise. Any claim regarding non-payment of redemption must be made in writing no later than December 15, 2009. The claims referred to in this paragraph should be sent to 602 Main St ,Cincinnati, OH 45202 or faxed to : 513-672-1004, attn: Online Rewards Program Claim Department.

Ties: In the event of a tie a blind, random drawing will be held to determine the winner. There will be 52 trips awarded in total; overlap between the categories will be managed per the following example;

  • Dealer 'A' is #3 in overall volume and #1 in their district for % conversions. Dealer 'A' will be awarded one trip for their achievement in the overall category and the district ranking award for % conversion of leads will go to the next dealer (Dealer 'B') in the #2 position for that district.

Charge Backs: If it is later determined by Harley-Davidson that any unit for which cash or merchandise was issued did not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., non-retail sales, all units being inaccurately claimed by one participant), the dollar value equivalent of the cash or merchandise issued for such unit will be charged back to the dealership. The dealership and sales professional will resolve any dispute between themselves arising out of any such charge back.

Taxes: Cash or merchandise issued under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the enrolled sales professional and not Harley-Davidson Motor Company or any of their affiliates or agents. Online Rewards will report earnings under this program in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.

Change: Harley-Davidson reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.
